This is the first part of any website strategy. We ask the difficult but essential questions to find out what your business is all about and what makes it special, and begin to extract key unique selling points (USPs) which will help to form the copy, structure and basis of the website. Service based websites require a different sitemap and overall strategy to Ecommerce (online shop) websites, as the way users convert, interact and search for them is very different.
