Most of the modern systems out there charge subscriptions and you rent the websites from them, so you don't actually own or are able to easily transfer the content.
Launch
The final phases of website development are the testing and launch phases. This is an opportunity to check everything is working how it was intended, provide feedback on issues or minor changes, and check the site on mobile devices and across a multitude of browsers. This stage is vital as it helps to establish how the site feels to use, and where things may need to be adjusted or finessed prior to launch.
