A really 'HANDi' high profile NHS App
NHS Devon were in need of a high profile online awareness campaign for their Paediatric Child Symptom Checker App, called HANDi App, to demonstrate its benefits and reduce pressure in Emergency Departments.

Letting the real audience do the talking
What better way to demonstrate how impactful the NHS HANDi App really is than to hear it from the very people using it? By filming a handful of engaging users from a wide demographic, it was clear to see that our concept of 'See how easy it is to use' was realised.
Campaign messaging
A positive key message was the clear winner to highlight the App benefits from the get go
Identifying the key target groups for the HANDi App determined the surrounding work required, and established the tone of voice and messaging needed for each. We ensured to create messaging that resonated with anyone who cares for a child, such as parents, carers, and childminders.
Digital marketing
Digital marketing was on hand at the heart of the campaign
Running for three months, we created and managed a comprehensive digital marketing plan that spanned across Facebook, X, Instagram and the Google Display Network, using the motion and static assets we had created.
The motion social assets utilised five of the case-study videos that we had created, alongside seven static social media asset types using quotes and images taken from the individual case-study films.
