Unicare Devon came to us in 2021 to streamline their identity and create a brand style that perfectly encapsulated their services and reflects their light-hearted and warm approach.

Taking the approach offline to boost recruitment efforts
Having implemented a new and unique brand style across all social and digital marketing efforts for customer referrals, we also crafted a suite of new staff recruitment assets to help drive efforts in a time of industry staff difficulties. To raise their profile offline, we initiated bus back advertising to encourage people to change to a career where they would be genuinely, changing someone’s life.

Having a well-structured and efficient website is vital. Working closely with Unicare, we provided them with a hub for service information to effectively debunk myths and provide specific information to ensure visitors make informed decisions about their loved one's care.

The new brand style and messaging worked to spark conversation and was loved by all, ensuring Unicare’s online presence continued to grow and remained the first provider people consider when seeking care for a loved one. With the combined online and offline efforts, Unicare saw an overwhelming increase in web users of 132%, and a 99% increase in Instagram impressions.
