Project overview

A recruitment marketing campaign for careers that care.

The adult social care sector continues to face ongoing challenges in recruiting and retaining staff. To help address this, we created a creative recruitment marketing campaign designed to reach both active and passive job seekers who share the right values. That’s how our campaign ‘Find your career that cares’ was born. By combining brand development, bespoke imagery, compelling digital adverts, and a hyper-targeted digital marketing strategy, we successfully engaged the right audiences and guided them towards rewarding career choices.

Crafting a distinctive brand style from the ground up.

With no established graphic elements to build upon, we introduced a fresh visual language that set Proud to Care apart. Central to this was the creation of a bold circular motif, integrated seamlessly into photography. This not only added intrigue and visual interest but also enabled social adverts to connect from one image to the next, symbolising unity and continuity across the Proud to Care network. This was a necessary creative step to set the marketing campaign up for great success. 

Social Media for Social Care

Recruiting for Social Care is challenging. Here’s how we delivered great results.

An effective marketing strategy depends as much on discovery and planning as it does on creative execution. When these elements work hand in hand, they form a cohesive campaign that captures attention and drives action.

For Proud to Care, we developed a suite of social media adverts that blended our newly commissioned photography with carefully selected existing imagery. Paired with engaging headlines and the newly created graphic elements, these adverts stood out across platforms, encouraged meaningful engagement, and delivered a clear call to action (CTA).

Below is a selection of the commissioned photography, created in collaboration with the highly respected local photographer, Tony Cobley. Under our art direction, Tony captured imagery that remained true to the established brand style while conveying authenticity and warmth. The result is a timeless collection of photographs that encapsulates the spirit of social care, showcasing both the dedication of care workers and the lives of those they support.

A different approach

Many roles, many powerful social media adverts.

As part of the new brand style, we developed a typographic-led social advert route designed to communicate sometimes complex messages in a clear, visual, and engaging way.

The two assets shown here highlight the breadth of roles available within the sector, many of which the wider public may not be aware of. The creative approach also reinforces a simple call to action: encouraging people to explore opportunities for themselves by searching for available job types directly through their web browser.

Digital media campaign marketing

Delivering record-breaking results. 

Once the creative development phase was complete, we launched a high-performing digital marketing campaign that spanned Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. This mix of PPC advertising was designed to engage both active and passive job seekers, guiding them seamlessly toward conversion.


By embracing a hyper-targeted, digital-first approach, we maximised performance and ensured every element of the campaign worked harder to deliver results. The outcome speaks for itself. Record-breaking success and, most importantly, a meaningful impact that we are truly proud of.
